Due to our good relationships with most developers RPS have made the building process easier because we have a number of sections available in various subdivisions with plans for each section pre-designed.

All you need is a minimum 5% deposit and payment of balance on completion. The absence of progress payments means you do not have to worry about making double payments if you are renting or have an existing mortgage to pay.

In addition, if any of the pre-designed plans we have available does not suit your specific requirements, RPS can make alterations to the plan to meet your needs or alternatively we can find another section and design a home which will suit your requirements.
