After you’ve expressed interest in a particular Lot, we sit down with you to go over the details. This discussion will depend on the stage of the house build (if the house is already built, partially built, set plans, or design-and-build). We’ll talk about changes that can be made + the financials.

Sale & Purchase Agreement
Here’s where we review the specification details of the home. If all is well, you sign a Sale & Purchase Agreement, which is a commitment to buy. Your commitment is provisional, subject to financing (and possibly your approval of a LIM report and/or a registered evaluation).
We're good to go
All purchased conditions are satisfied and your deposit is paid. If the house is yet to be built, we can now begin. If the house is partially built, we carry out whatever remains to be done.
Full steam ahead on your home
As mentioned, the house on any given H&L package can be at different stages: from plans only to fully built and ready to be moved into. Whatever remains to be done is now being carried out. A full house build takes 18-20 weeks.
Time to move In!
The house is finished. The outstanding payments are made. The house is yours!
